PSA To Meet CPS Tomorrow Afternoon

PSA national secretary Richard Wagstaff said
that "the PSA will tomorrow afternoon begin a new dialogue
for a new collective agreement in probation".
"While
action in support of a new agreement continues, it is our
desire to find a solution, and that can only come about if
CPS is willing to hear what the important issues are. That
process can start tomorrow afternoon. "
"The PSA has had
an open door policy on renewing negotiations in good
faith."
After receiving an invitation to explore the
possiblity of re-opening negotiations, the PSA has responded
by seeking a meeting with CPS tomorrow
afternoon.
