Tmp Update - Extended performance review

Te Mangai Paho Interim Chairman Wira Gardiner today said that the extended terms of reference for the Chief Executive Trevor Moeke's performance review had been approved by the Board.

Mr Gardiner said that in consultation with it legal advisors, the performance review would now include an investigation of Mr Moeke's management of the Slightly Offbeat Production contract.

Mr Gardiner advised that the performance review would be completed by the end of next week.

Annual TMP Audit New Zealand Audit Audit New Zealand, as part of it annual review of TMP, will next week conduct an in depth review of the systems, policies and procedures surrounding the allocating and monitoring of TMP contracts.

Mr Gardiner said that the Board expected a report by July and would then be in a position to consider those findings at the same time as the outcome of Mr Moeke's performance review.
