Public Inquiry Call Over Dalziel’s Handling Of Zaoui
Case
By Dr Michael Kidd, Barrister
With
the resignation of Ms l Dalziel over another leak, I wish to
call for a public inquiry of the handling by Ms L Dalziel of
the whole Zaoui matter in particular whether the Minister
called for an independent legal opinion as to the overiding
of the RSAA decision in relation to Mr Zaoui of the 1.8.04,
and the overall handling of the matter by the Departments of
Immigation and SIS.
But let judgment run down as
waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream. Amos 5:24
