"Arrests in Mangere Town Centre Homicide"

Detectives investigating the Homicide of Gheorghe SIMION have arrested three local men in connection with his death. Two are 19 years of age and the third is 17.

The arrested men will appear in the Manukau District Court on Tuesday 19 September 2006.

Detectives are still seeking public assistance to locate Mr SIMION'S 1992 Nissan Skyline Motor Vehicle registration number RI4346.

The person pictured with a piece of wood on security footage has been identified and eliminated from the Enquiry
