Check Out Your Boss' Holidays Act Calculations!
"A new online tool launched today will make the job of working out holidays entitlements easy, and should stop complaints from employers about the Holidays Act," CTU president Ross Wilson said today.
"The Department of Labour's online tool will be an excellent one for workers and unions to easily check employer Holidays Act calculations."
"It is comprehensive and easy to use and also provides useful information including the calculation workings, and data entered by the user."
"Employers should find it makes their job of working out entitlements much easier. Workers should use the tool to check on their employers this Easter to ensure they are getting their full entitlements - and if not, the online tool is the arbitrator!"
