The debate is proudly presented by the Peace Foundation and the University of Auckland Debating Society – who can boast original anti-nuclear stalwart David Lange as one of their illustrious alumni.

As well as showcasing talented, up-and-coming public speakers, it is hoped the nuclear debate will increase awareness of New Zealand's nuclear-free history, and encourage people to engage in their own dialogue on this contemporary issue.

The public is warmly invited to attend what is sure to be a stimulating, interesting, and uranium-filled night.
