Police refer evidence to the Solicitor-General 3:28pm 29

Police have reviewed the evidence collected
over the course of the operation that terminated on 15
October and it has today been referred to the
Solicitor-General for consideration whether consent will be
given to charges under the Terrorism Suppression Act.
The
Deputy Commissioner (Operations), Rob Pope, said Police will
await the Solicitor-General's decision and no further
comment will be made at this time.
