ACT & NZF donation returns
Duly completed donation returns and accompanying auditors reports were received today from ACT New Zealand (One anon donation of $16,000) and New Zealand First (Nil).

The Commission meets on Monday afternoon (19 May) and will consider then any action it might take in respect of overdue/late returns.
Any media statement in respect of this matter will be emailed or appear on our website by Tuesday lunchtime earliest; no oral update/comment will be available Monday.
Any media statement in respect of any decisions made about complaints etc will follow early the following week once they have been written and approved.
