CTU releases letter to John Key
The Council of Trade Unions has written to Prime Minister John Key expressing its deep concern at the recent employment law changes and the way in which they were announced. To date the Prime Minister has not responded to the letter sent on 21 July, or to an earlier letter of 15 July on the same subject.
CTU President Helen Kelly said: “I have conveyed to the Prime Minister our views on the serious damage to fairness at work for all wage and salary earners that will be done by these changes. It is most important that John Key responds to our concerns as soon as possible.”
