David Ross Appeal tomorrow – investors angry

The appeal for fraudster David Ross against his sentence will be held at the Wellington High Court (Molesworth St) tomorrow, Wednesday 11th, at 10am (moved from the Court of Appeal because of technical difficulties).

The RAM Investors Group has had a lot of emails expressing all sorts of emotions:

** anger that the victims cant counter appeal for a longer sentence for Ross

** that Bernard Madoffs 150 years feels more in line with the stress, loss of enjoyment of life and despair Ross has created
** anger at his lawyer having the cheek to appeal

** frustration from those now forced to work instead of retiring, and some asking if Ross would like to contribute to their retirement

** wishing it all goes badly for Ross

** strong feelings from those who feel their health and happiness have been ruined by Ross

** frustration that Ross in many ways seems to get better treatment than his victims

Cruelly the victims cannot be a party to this appeal. The FMA and SFO have been asked to help.
