Global Rally against ISIS – for Kobanê – for
Humanity on 1 November 2014, 2pm
The New Zealand
Kurdish Community will march in solidarity with Kurdistan as
part of the “GLOBAL RALLY AGAINST ISIS – FOR KOBANÊ –
FOR HUMANITY” on 1 November 2014, 2pm.
We will begin
with silent demonstrations then commence marching. We will
start from Britomart, Queen Street (outside Dick Smith),
Auckland at 2pm and end at Aotea Centre.
People from
all over the world have pledged to show their
solidarity with Kobanê and join the march to stand with our
brothers and sisters abroad who are victims of these
inhumane acts of terror by ISIS. New Zealand leaders in
Government and opposition should condemn these atrocities
and respond to the urgent call for action.
