Convicted rapist stands to be paid $20,000

Convicted rapist stands to be paid $20,000 as his victims face nothing but lawyers bills!

11 December 2015
“Victims have the fundamental right to claim compensation off a financially stable offender & then the crown should be next in line"
A convicted sex offender looks set to receive a near $20,000 pay day after a High Court ruling allowed the proceeds for the sale of his house to be distributed to him by the property trustees.

Allan Neil Rosewarne, 48, was sentenced to preventive detention by Justice Susan Thomas in October 2014 after pleading guilty to 18 charges of rape. Initially Rosewarne faced charges that included rape, sexual violation, injuring with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, injuring with intent to injure, indecent assault, kidnapping, threatening to kill, assault with a weapon and cruelty to children.

A property, Rosewarne owned, was sold by the Stratford District Council in 2014 to pay overdue rates, with the excess proceeds of $19,939.35 being paid to Public Trust. The application for the balance of proceeds from the sale was put to the High Court by Simon Shera and Lila Rosewarne Trustees Ltd, the registered owners of the property & it is understood that the trustees intended to distribute the property to Rosewarne but what about his victims who have been left with devastated lives & unable to work not to mention rising legal bills.

Rosewarne must be held accountable for his actions that cost his victims their lives & the tax payer hundreds of thousands of dollars. The Prisoners & Victims claims act 2005 will put paid to any money this psycho thinks he is entitled to & leaves the door open for his victims to claim any money or assets he has.
