The Only Wasted Vote Is A Vote Not Made

The only wasted vote is a vote not made.

With the latest poll from Horizon showing ACT on 1.4% and on-track to get at least two MPs, it has never been more important that voters in the Wairarapa electorate get out and vote this election.

“One of the comments I sometimes receive is that a vote for ACT is a wasted vote, however this is not true. With David Seymour set to win Epsom, the reality is every vote for ACT counts towards another ACT MP.” says ACT’s Wairarapa candidate Roger Greenslade.

“The Wairarapa electorate needs a strong ACT present in parliament to ensure that our farmers are free to farm, our growers are free to grow, youth crime is addressed, a solution to unaffordable housing is achieved and that there is better choice in education.”

“There is more of an argument that a vote for TOP or the Maori party is a wasted vote. TOP are polling well below the 5% threshold and with the Maori party looking like they may win two electorate seats, a vote for them won’t bring in any more MP’s.”

“The fact is, the only wasted vote is a vote not made. Make sure you vote this Saturday. Party vote ACT.”
