Taxpayers’ Union thanks Hon Steven Joyce

The New Zealand Taxpayers’ Union has thanked Hon Steven Joyce for his decade of service to the country.

Taxpayers' Union Executive Director Jordan Williams says, “We often sparred over policy, but always respected Steven Joyce’s intelligence and sincerity, and we will miss his presence in parliament.”

“Mr Joyce deserves special praise for his role in the 2017 election campaign, when he championed tax cuts through adjustments to income bracket thresholds. We hope to see this good work reflected in National’s manifesto going forward.”
