Broken Family Court

1 November 2011

Broken Family Court

The Family Court is broken beyond repair says Kerry Bevin, spokesman for the Republic of New Zealand party. “It must be totally replaced with mediation services.”

Mr Bevin claimed there is a long history of family devastation by the abusive Family Court that constantly breaches human rights, principles of justice and delivers intergenerational harm in secret! “The deeply entrenched feminist attitude that children are better with mother has enraged fathers and grandparents. Children have a right to equal parenting that includes both extended families.”

According to Mr. Bevin secret hearings have fostered untested allegations and a corrupt process.

The result of that he says has been abuse, madness, suicide and parasitic lawyers.

Kerry Bevin claims the adversarial legal process is devastating in family disputes.

“More appropriate mediation is done in Australia.” Mr. Bevin remains horrified at the continuing ‘failed experiment’ of the Family Court.

“A stunning ignorance combined with vested interest by Judges and lawyers has torn thousands of families apart over two decades.”

“Judge Boshier & Co. are misguided buffoons and legal abusers. History will condemn them, they are culpable.”

The Republic of New Zealand Party invites those who have suffered at the hands of the Family Court to a protest at the court in Albert Street, Auckland on Friday 4th November from 11:00am.

A Forum will also be held on Guy Fowkes Day, Saturday 5 November at the Trades Hall, Great North Road starting at 10:00am.

The purpose of the Forum is to begin preparing submissions to the Ministry of Justice Family Court, due at the end of February 2012.
