MMP Leaders Dinner with Campbell Live, Dessert with RadioLIVE

Ready for some political coverage with bite?

New Zealand is invited to a dinner with a difference.

John Campbell is hosting Colin Craig, Winston Peters, Laila Harre, Metiria Turei, Peter Dunne, Jamie Whyte and Te Ururoa Flavell LIVE from Auckland’s Grand Harbour Restaurant on Wednesday 3 September at 7pm.

Campbell will find out where the leaders stand on the big issues and why Kiwis should give them their vote.

MediaWorks TV Director of News and Current Affairs Mark Jennings says: “We can see from the latest polls that the minor parties are making ground on the big guys, Labour and National, and it is becoming more likely that they will play a crucial role in the formation of the next Government. Voters’ appetite for hearing where they stand for is increasing. I doubt that that we will need to order any Sichuan dishes, the discussion is likely to be hot enough!”

The discussion and dinner will continue to be streamed online live on the 3 News website at Campbell Live’s conclusion until 8pm.

During and following the dinner, RadioLIVE’s Karyn Hay and Andrew Fagan will replay segments, digest the content and invite feedback. Tova O’Brien from the 3 News political team and RadioLIVE political editor Jessica Williams will also dine out on the politicians’ comments.
