IndraNet Share Offer in Australia via an Offer Information Statement

IndraNet Technologies Limited, a New Zealand public company, is pleased to announce that, pursuant to the Offer Information Statement (OIS) lodged on 15 June 2001 with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, it is offering on the Australian market five million (5,000,000) Shares at an Offer Price of A$1 per share to raise five million dollars (A$5,000,000). The offer is open to Australian resident investors only.

Sky City : Auckland Convention Centre Cost Jumps By A Fifth

SkyCity Entertainment Group, the casino and hotel operator, is in talks with the government on how to fund the increased cost of as much as $130 million to build an international convention centre in downtown Auckland, with further gambling concessions ruled out. The Auckland-based company has increased its estimate to build the centre to between $470 million and $530 million as the construction boom across the country drives up building costs and design changes add to the bill.
