PeopleSoft 8 Workforce Planning enables companies to strategically align their workforce to maximise organisational performance. The application allows companies to model skills and competencies, plan succession, and determine workforce strengths and weaknesses.

The extended PeopleSoft 8 EPM solution also includes four new solution specific warehouses for Customer Relationship Management, Financials, Human Resource Management System, and Supply Chain Management. The data warehouses are designed to deploy easily with PeopleSoft and other enterprise applications and speed the analysis and reporting of data.

PeopleSoft’s new Enterprise Performance Management applications will be generally available in Q4 2001.
