Gaining the Entrepreneurial Edge

Gaining the Entrepreneurial Edge

Communicating with your customers regularly is critical to business success. Ryan Saville, founder of Permission Marketing Ltd, is no stranger to this fact. He has been running successful web-based companies since the age of 18!

A Greenhithe resident, Ryan (now 23) has been a pioneer in cutting edge web design and online marketing since leaving high-school. His first business was Active Dezine a company which focused on web design.

As Active Dezine grew, Ryan learned that websites didn’t work by themselves. Companies needed a system for promoting their websites and growing their businesses. Ryan responded by establishing a new business to meet these needs. Permission Marketing Ltd aims to enable companies to maintain regular contact with their clients effectively.

He says, “We discovered a systemized 90 day contact management approach, developed by Wendy Evans when she worked at Saatchi & Saatchi. This approach now has a proven track record of producing outstanding increases in business and organizational growth.”

Through Permission Marketing NZ Ltd. Ryan and his team are currently helping a wide range of businesses from small companies to large corporations keep connected with their clients. This is done by establishing an email list, and sending professional monthly e-mail newsletters to customers. Ryan says, “We have enabled businesses to easily create and send professional HTML e-mail newsletters, promotions and announcements with no technical expertise required. It is affordable and easy-to-use.”

Research shows that businesses need to stay in touch with their customers on a regular basis, to give them a reason to stay loyal, and educate them to purchase more often. Ryan’s entrepreneurial successes have shown this to be true. One company, using his techniques, improved its marketing share from approximately 12% to nearly 50% within 18 months!

Technological advancement has opened up many new opportunities to compete in today’s competitive market. It takes forward thinkers such as Ryan to help businesses fulfill their potential.
