Melbourne, Australia - October 3, 2006 - Avalanche Technology Group, the Australasian distributor of GRISOFT's AVG security software, today announced the launch of AVG 7.5 Security Portfolio with its most extensive product range ever. The enhanced security offerings for home, SMBs and enterprise users include new and improved products such as the all-inclusive security suite, AVG Internet Security 7.5.

A significant addition to the AVG Security Portfolio, AVG Internet Security 7.5 includes the latest anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-spam and firewall technologies, and provides automatic updates for daily virus, malware and spam definitions. As with previous versions, the AVG solution is highly efficient in the use of computing resources minimising the impact on system performance. In the AVG Internet Security Network Edition, GRISOFT offers centralised remote administration which allows for remote installation, updating, and management of all workstations and servers.

GRISOFT's existing portfolio for home, small and medium business users has been expanded to include AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 which offers protection against Trojans, spyware, adware, dialers, keyloggers and worms; and AVG Anti-Malware 7.5 which combines the latest anti-spyware and anti-virus technologies within a single, easy-to-use interface.

GRISOFT has also broadened its offerings to provide enterprise users with versions of AVG Anti-Virus, AVG File Server and AVG Email Server that are compatible with the GNU/Linux and FreeBSD operating systems. Along with the new products, there are substantial improvements to the overall portfolio with enhanced data protection, automatic updates, and a single, user-friendly interface.

" AVG Anti-Virus 7.5 plus Firewall is A$69.95 for two years
" AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 costs A$54.50 for a two year licence

One year licensing will also be available.
