Robots Now Able to Prevent Loss of Life in Mines

"Anything a human can do, our robots can do better, anything"
Alvin Donovan

Auckland, New Zealand, 20 August 2007.

Robot-Hosting of New Zealand has solved the dangers associated with using humans in mines. Robot-Hosting makes on-line and mechanical robots to help humans who act, think, talk and understand 8 languages. Their on-line Androids already work as assistant lecturers for several blue chip Universities helping students one on one. Now they are providing mechanical robots to work as miners in mines.

Sounds like something out of the future doesn't it? Well it is already happening right now and it is coming out of New Zealand of all places.

Auckland based Robot-Hosting Ltd (Robot-Hosting.com) currently has 12 of their on-line computer personalities working as assistant lecturers at various prestigious universities all over the world including AUT University and the University of Auckland. Alvin Donovan of Robot Hosting explains "These assistant lecturers actually converse with the students, learn about the student's progress and tailor the students instructions to their exact needs."

Right now Robot-Hosting are unveiling mechanical robots who take over positions fraught with danger like mining. For the mining industry this is a God send. Two of their biggest problems are labour shortage and the danger of losing lives.

"Robot-Hosting is working in conjunction with the computer Science Department of the University of Auckland and New Zealand Trade and Enterprise." remarked Alvin Donovan.

Robot-Hosting is developing the software for the brain for the nurse and is considering buying the physical robot hardware from Samsung, Honda, Sony or Fujitsu.

What will the Robot Miners actually do? Alvin Donovan claims "our robots can do anything a human miner can. These Robots will be able to do replace humans for every single job in the mines including excavating, digging, analysing and making judgements."
