Sanyo introduces the world’s smallest and lightest XGA LCD projector*

SANYO is taking the roving presenter’s projector to a new level of portability and convenience with the super slim PLC-XW60. Weighing just 1.6 kg and taking up less space than many laptops, the XW60 is as portable as it is functional.

Measuring a tiny 26cm x 5.5cm x 18cm**, the PLC-WX60 will make a stylish statement in any presentation with its sleek white casing and high quality soft carry case.

Set up is quick and easy - keystone picture distortion is automatically compensated for, and by searching for the correct input you are ready to present in moments. Two D-sub terminals provide further flexibility as one can be switched and used for a presenter’s monitor beside the projector.

Its small size does not mean any loss of image projection quality. The PLC-XW60 is fully HDTV compatible supporting 720p or 1080i and can display both 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratios, suitable for both data and video presentations. Intense visuals are projected with a superb brightness of 2,000 lumens making it ideal for presentations without the need to dim the lighting.

SANYO’s Managing Director for New Zealand and Australia, Bill Crichton, believes the PLC-XW60 is a great tool for business travellers. “It’s the latest projector technology condensed into a trim and affordable package and teamed with auto setup functionality. This results in greater portability and superior flexibility.”

The SANYO PLC-XW60 retails at $1899 and is available now from Sanyo’s Pro-AV dealers (view list at
