Roleplay is a SAAS based training development tool designed to deliver truly immersive and experiential learning, then tracking learner behavior and relating it to ROI. It’s a non-authoring tool to be used by trainers not techo’s! It is designed for trainers to create really effective active learning through the use of scenarios which train employees what they need to do in all kinds of workplace situations. This tool takes all of the complexity out of learning product development, it enables trainers to do everything from scenario design, to populating with media, making modifications and publishing to various platforms from standalone, web, LMS to mobile devices including iPads. And with Roleplay Analytics, behaviours are mapped against KPI’s and are tracked and recorded enabling Training Managers to clearly establish ROI.

“So, not only does Roleplay save you money by being the fastest development tool around, but it will also demonstrate how good an investment the training was!” Says John Jackson, Creative Director. “This is another fantastic result for Roleplay, it’s great to receive an international award from an organization like Brandon Hall… though obviously we were expecting Gold this time, it’s never the less great recognition for Roleplay as an emerging product on the international stage.

Said Mike Cooke, CEO of Brandon Hall Group, "2011 provided us with a unique viewpoint of how organizations are driving business results and performance improvement through technology. This was the year in which technology providers and their clients have been able to transform the power of mobile, social, talent, learning, sales and marketing technologies, with proven, validated results. Most impressive to our judges was an underlying theme around collaborative relationships, a deep understanding of client needs and how technology can be leveraged to create opportunities and operating efficiencies for organizations of all sizes. I am proud to announce these first-rate solution providers as award winners in the most competitive year yet."

A panel of veteran, independent senior judges evaluated the entries along with Brandon Hall Group’s industry expert analysts and leadership.
