The latest scientific research shows you have three brains! You have complex, adaptive and fully functional neural networks or 'brains' in your heart, your gut and your head.

mBIT Coach training brings together all of the research findings along with “behavioural modelling of the three brains into a practical framework that provides a set of self-evolutionary tools for wiser decision making in all areas of life,” says Eileen Darwin, a mBIT trainer.

“This training is for coaches, counsellors, people helpers, leaders, managers, and those who have not yet been NLP trained,” says Eileen.

The Multi Brain Techniques course is led by industry experts Marvin Oka and Grant Soosalu.

Marvin is a highly sought after international consultant and key-note speaker specializing in leading edge behavioural change technologies and research. Recognized as a world leader and authority in his field, Marvin is one of only five people in the world who have been recognized by his peers with the rare title of ‘Certified Master Behavioural Modeller’.

Grant has advanced degrees and certifications in Psychology, Positive Psychology, Applied Physics, Computer Engineering and Software Development. He is a qualified Total Quality Management (TQM) Trainer, and has achieved Master Practitioner Certification in the behavioural sciences of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Advanced Behavioural Modelling.

“By aligning your heart, head and gut brains, you will make better and wiser decisions and can assist others to also,” says Eileen.
