RESTON, Va., March 13 RNewswire-AsiaNet/ -- Gary Newman, Board Chairman of Choice Sports Network, Inc., formerly World Sports Licensing Corporation (OTC: CHSP), the new premier Internet global sports network, announced today that the Company will forward split its common shares of stock on a 3 for 2 basis, effective as of opening of business today.

Choice Sports Network, Inc. further announces the signing of an Agreement to acquire www.cricmania.com, the world's second largest Cricket website, and the holder of live sports broadcasting technology for the Internet and an interactive sports database, averaging approximately 500,000 page views per day during Cricket matches. With over 200 scheduled Cricket matches this year, Choice Sports Network, Inc., through www.cricmania.com, will commence worldwide live action broadcasts of World Cricket Matches and other major international sporting events. Choice Sports Network, Inc. has entered into an agreement with Sportshog1490.com aka One On One Sports Radio Network and Venturenet, CHSP's strategic broadcasting partners, to broadcast a number of major and championship sporting events, along with www.cricmania.com, to their 20 million radio listeners. CHSP's new President, Atul Mehta, former President-CEO of www.cricmania.com, states that these live action sporting event webcasts will be the premier broadcasts to be viewed over the Internet, Worldwide, Full Screen and in Real Time. CHSP's technology also has the ability to "black-out" North America (or any other venue) to accommodate the North American broadcasting territories of Sportshog1490.com aka One On One Sports Radio Network and Venturenet, while CHSP, through www.cricmania.com, webcasts to the rest of the world.
