We delivered reftel points to MFA Director of West African
Affairs Olukorede Willoughby. Willoughby reiterated that
Nigeria, based on President Obasanjo's personal initiative,
wanted to do all it all it could to fight terrorism.
However, he said the Ministry would take a serious look at
the treaties still unsigned or unratified and let us know
what action the Ministry would recommend the GON take.
