1. (U) Members of the Embassy Rabat and Consulate General Casablanca
joint Visas Viper Committee met on March 5, 2007. The meeting was
chaired by the DCM and attended by representatives from POL, RAO,
RSO, ECON, PAS, DAO and LEGATT, with the CG Representing CONS.

2. (SBU) The committee has no names to submit for the February
reporting period. However, the 48 names with available identifying
biodata listed below were submitted via other channels.

3. The following 42 persons were either arrested by Moroccan
authorities in February 2007 or are wanted by the GOM for terrorist
activity:
