Head of the Multilateral Affairs Division at the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs (MFA). Ambassador Sella contacted Poloff on
March 19 and promised to provide the GOT's response in
collaboration with Ambassador Begum Taj, Head of the
Multilateral Affairs Division of MFA, within the week. Note:
Ambassador Taj has been out of the capital since March 12.
