1. (U) In a March 21 meeting with Heru Santoso and Dicky
Yunus of the Indonesian Department of Foreign Affairs' Human
Rights Directorate, we conveyed the names for listing
contained reftel. Yunus and Santoso said that this matter
was handled by experts at Indonesia's Mission to the U.N. in
New York, and agreed to coordinate the information through
the appropriate channels.
