1. (U) On March 2, Poloff delivered reftel points on the
Reliable Replacement Warhead (RRW) issue to Hahm Seong-wook,
Deputy Director of the Disarmament and Nonproliferation
Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Hahm
stated that he appreciated the information shared and noted
that he would closely monitor the issue. Thus far, ROKG and
local media reaction on RRW has been minimal. Post will
follow-up on the ROK's reaction and any further developments.
