(U) As stated in email sent to POCs on April 6, 2007,
non-paper was delivered to Signe Jansone, MFA Policy
Director, and Rudolfs Breamanis, the MFA's United States
Country Desk Officer. Jansone agreed to pass the information
to the Latvian Security Services who are responsible for
issues related to Weapons of Mass Destruction. Jansone
assured PolOff that cooperation on this issue remains
important.
