1. (U) Vice Admiral Ivan Pena Castillo, Chief of Naval
Operations, has accepted reftel invitation to represent the
Dominican Republic at the Iraq Coalition Conference that will
be held in Tampa, Florida, April 30-May 2, 2007. Vice
Admiral Pena is in contact with Embassy Defense Attache
Office (DAO), and DAO will communicate with CENTCOM regarding
the details of Pena's travel.
