Embassy Colombo has no NAS section; there are no NAS
personnel present in Sri Lanka (ref a). Embassy not given
any advances of NAS funds to the host government (ref b).
INL funds expended by Embassy Colombo have been for the
Colombo Plan, which is an international organization. The
purpose of these funds has been primarily for programs in
third countries, such as Afghanistan. Please advise if any
further information is required.
