1. (U) The European Affairs Desk Officer for the MFA
Transformation Cooperation Unit (TRANS) Olga Hejflerova told
Poloff May 10 that the Czech government will likely support
the proposal to invite Iraq to attend the Community of
Democracies (CD) Ministerial in Bamako as a full participant
(reftel). However, the official decision has not been made.
