1. (SBU) MFA Deputy Director of the Southeast and East
European Department Martina Tauberova confirmed on May 23
that the Czech Government will not/not participate in the
proposed OSCE Heads of Mission (HoM) visit to Minsk.
Tauberova has learned that the EU HoM met in Vienna and
agreed that no EU country will accept the invitation to visit
Minsk.
