Officer, Unit for Public International Law, Finnish Ministry
for Foreign Affairs. Rainne thanked us for the information
and promised to circulate it to the relevant officials within
the Government of Finland. Rainne surmised that any
responses were likely to come from the EU Commission in
Brussels.
