THIS IS AN ACTION CABLE. PLEASE SEE PARA. 1, AND 4.

1. Country clearance is requested for USAID/OFDA/ECARO
Regional Advisor, Alan Dwyer to travel to Bangui,
Central Africa Republic during the period o/a July 17,
2007 through o/a August 3, 2007.

2. The purpose of travel is to visit OFDA programs.
