(SBU) On June 6, we delivered reftel points to Ministry of
Foreign Affairs Advisor for East Africa affairs Elen Jensen.
Jensen said that she would discuss our the points with the
rest of the East Africa team and provide a response in the
coming days when the rest of the section returns to Oslo.
Post will inform the Department of any further substantive
host government response.
