Valdis Zatlers, President of Latvia

Arriving September 22nd, departing September 27th, will attend
general debate

His wife, Lilita Zatlere, will also travel to New York

Interpretation would not be required in a bilateral or multilateral
meeting.

B. Attendance of the Head of Government.

Aigars Kalvitis, Prime Minister, will not/not attend UNGA.

C. Attendance of the Foreign Minister.

Artis Pabriks, Minister of Foreign Affairs

Arriving September 21, departing September 28. Will attend general
debate.

Spouse will not accompany.
