July 24. Following is initial GOC response:

of Croatia

unknown. President Mesic will deliver Croatia's plenary
speech.

2. Simunovic did not make any initial requests for high-level
meetings but did report that Croatia, as current chair of the
Adriatic Charter (A-3), planned to propose an A-3 meeting on
the margins of the UNGA and would be seeking appropriate USG
representation.
