Vietnam will be represented by the head of government, Prime
Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, at the 2007 United Nations General
Assembly. Post conveyed reftel information on Literacy and Health
event to be hosted by Mrs. Bush in New York on September 24 to the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Ministry said it has not yet been
determined whether Ms. Dung will accompany Prime Minister Dung to
New York, but they will inform us when a decision is made and post
will pass this information to Washington when it is received.
