On July 31 Charge d'Affaires delivered reftel demarche on the
attendance of Mozambican government (GRM) officials at the 62nd UNGA
General Debate to Minister of Foreign Relations Alcinda Abreu.
Abreu confirmed her intention to attend, but noted that the GRM had
not made a final decision on whether President Guebuza would attend.
We will follow-up with the Ministry and provide an update on
attendance septel.
