1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2.

2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names and biodata of four Afghan Nationals
selected for military school training in Preventative Medicine and
Intelligence. Post possesses no derogatory information on these
individuals. Post requests Department's review of these candidates
by November 6, 2007.
