(U) On October 22, Polecoff delivered reftel points to
Veikko Kala, Attache, in the MFA?s International
Organizations and Regional Cooperation Division. Kala
will represent the Government of Estonia (GOE) during
the United Nations General Assembly Third Committee
sessions. While he did not provide a specific response
to U.S. points, Kala assured us the GOE will consider
U.S. positions during the Third Committee discussions.
