(SBU) PolOff delivered reftel demarche to Oussama Khachab,
Head of the Americas Desk at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He reported that the Lebanese delegation would support the
US-sponsored anti-rape resolution and would vote against
amendments. On 11/17, he followed up stating that the GOL
voted in line with expectations.
