1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2.

2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names of two Afghan nationals selected to
attend the Air War College in the United States. Post possesses no
derogatory information on these individuals. Post requests
Department's review of these candidates by January 15, 2007.
