(U) On December 12, Polecoff delivered reftel points
seeking support for country-specific resolutions at the
UNGA to Veikko Kala, Attache, in the MFA's International
Organizations and Regional Cooperation Division. Kala
represented the Government of Estonia (GOE) during the
recent United Nations General Assembly Third Committee
sessions. Kala stated that these votes are a priority
for the GOE and that the Estonian delegation will be
present at the UNGA Plenary session and will vote for
approval of the country-specific resolutions (North
Korea, Burma, Iran and Belarus).
