1. (U) On September 19, 2007, post sent a dip note to Andorra's
FM seeking its support for the US candidate, Pierre-Richard
Prosper, for the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of
Racial Discrimination (CERD).

2. (U) On January 17, 2008, the Government of Andorra informed
us that Andorra would support the US candidate.
