1. We delivered reftel invitation to the Latvian MFA who confirmed
that Latvia will plan to attend WIREC 2008. At this point, the plan
is for the Latvian delegation to be led by FM Maris Riekstins, who
will be joined by Economics Minister Kaspars Gerhards. The rest of
the delegation will be compiled at a later date.
