1. This is an action request - see paragraph 2.

2. In order to comply with Leahy human rights vetting requirements,
this cable forwards the names of fifteen (15) Afghan government
officials selected to attend various International Military
Education and Training (IMET) courses. Post possesses no derogatory
information on these individuals. Post requests the Department's
review of these candidates by March 20, 2008.
